Dig outs refers to the replacement of sewer or stormwater pipes that are either broken or blocked, usually caused by tree roots, ground movement or ageing of the pipes. The site is analysed with state of the art detection equipment to determine damage to the offending pipe. A dig out is required when the use of the sewer machine or the high pressure water jet cannot penetrate the pipe to clear the blockage. Why digout?Repairs to sewer and stormwater pipes are required when we are unable to clear a blockage or objects, such as tree roots in pipes. We hand dig the area with minimal impact to surrounding pathways, flooring and the ground area. If necessary to we use a powered machine, depending on the depth, access and location to the pipes. We carry out all repairs with unplasticised polyvinylchloride (UPVC) piping for extra strength and longevity.
